Main Application and Working Principle
This Trough Shape Mixer is widely used for mixing wet powders with liquid to get paste product in food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
This machine consists of trough-shaped mixing vessel, single or double sigma blade, drive motor, discharging motor and support frame.
Materials (usually powders and liquid ) is gravity fed into the mixing barrel. The rotary single or double sigma blades completely stir and blend the materials to achieve uniform mixing. After mixing, incline the mixing vessel for discharging.
Stents part selects shape steel welding with sufficient rigidity, and decorate all the transmission parts, electronic components inside its frame, stents appearance using SUS304-2B plank packet. The machine has the characteristics like compact structure, simple operation, and beautiful shape; cover a small area, convenient to clean, mixing effect quantity is good and so on.
CH series groove mixer, mainly composed by the cell body and agitator, bracket, flip part, transmission part and electrical components.
The whole machine is made of stainless stain. The cell body is formed with thick plate dense welding, there are sealing pieces set at the both ends of agitating shaft to ensure the cleanliness of materials.
Mixing and automatic flip part are designed two independent power source, and in the automatic flip part is decorated with automatic positioning insurance device, make flip to discharge process within the corner 105°, thus ensuring safe and reliable of moving parts.
