LINGLING Trough Shape Mixer

This machine has a few main parts: a trough-shaped mixing container, either a single or double sigma blade, a drive motor, a discharging motor, and a support frame. Materials, usually powders or liquids, are put into the mixing barrel by gravity. The spinning single or double sigma blades stir and mix everything well until it's all evenly blended. Once mixing's done, tilt the mixing vessel to let the stuff out for discharging.

The stents are made by welding shaped steel, getting enough stiffness. All the moving parts and electronics fit neatly inside the frame. The CH series groove mixer is mainly made up of parts like the cell body, agitator, bracket, flip part, transmission part, and electrical bits. It's all made of stainless steel, so it's super tough. The cell body is made by welding thick plates closely. There are seals at both ends of the agitating shaft to stop materials from getting dirty when mixing. Something cool about it is that the mixing and automatic flip jobs have their own separate power sources. Also, the automatic flip part has a safety thing that makes it flip and discharge only within 105°. This keeps all the moving parts working safely and well, and cuts down on possible risks.
