Main Application and Working Principle
This LINGLING Z Arm Mixing Machine is suitable for the mixing of target materials in powder or paste state evenly in pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff industries.
By driving of mechanism of the mixer, the stir paddle turns the target material to and fro to mix it evenly.Electric control is applied to set the mixing time and the mixer will stop automatically when time is up, so as to improve the mixing effect of materials.
1. It has a strong, uncomplicated, and space-saving design, needing almost no maintenance. 2. Crafted from SUS304 or SUS 316 and given a mirror polish, it satisfies the GMP pharmaceutical hygiene requirements. 3. Its unique drive shaft sealing setup completely guarantees the product stays uncontaminated. 4. It blends materials highly effectively, without any dead spots where mixing doesn't occur.
The CH series groove mixer has several parts like the cell body, agitator, bracket, flip part, transmission part, and electrical components. Made all of stainless steel, it's highly durable. The cell body is made by closely welding thick plates, and there are seals on the agitating shaft ends to keep materials clean during mixing. What's cool is that the mixing and automatic flip have separate power sources. Plus, the automatic flip part has a safety device, restricting the flip-to-discharge within 105°. This ensures all moving parts work safely and smoothly, cutting potential risks.
