The material is crushed by the impact of a stationary knife and a rotating knife after entering the crushing chamber of the LL coarse crusher through the hopper. The centrifugal force shears and crushes the material, causing it to flow out of the crusher automatically. The "GMP" standard is followed in the manufacturing of the gadget. The spindle of the horizontally oriented LL coarse crusher machine is supported by two rolling bearings. Additionally, it features two movable frames with three moving knives attached on each. The lateral of the fixed knife 4's transmission is situated in the cabinet. In comparison to the stationary knife, the dynamic knife's material shear strength is 6 to 4 for crushing purposes. When the lateral has a driving pulley, the six moving knives and four stationary blades in the cabinet efficiently grind the materials to achieve crushing targets.
