The pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgical, and food industries, among others, are the primary industries for which this equipment is useful. It is specifically designed to grind solid and hard materials, such as copper wires, plastic, waste materials, and so on. It can also serve as a supplementary piece of machinery for the fine grinding process.
The material enters the crushing chamber of the LL coarse crusher through the hopper and is crushed by the impact of a stationary knife and revolving knife. The material shears and is crushed by the centrifugal force, which causes it to automatically flow out of the crusher. The device is made in compliance with the "GMP" standard. Stainless steel makes up the entirety of the apparatus.
The LL coarse crusher machine has a horizontal design, with two rolling bearings supporting the spindle. It also has two moveable frames, each of which has three moving knives mounted. The fixed knife 4 has the lateral having transmission mounted in the cabinet. For smashing purposes, the dynamic knife has a material shear strength of 6 to 4 compared to the stationary knife. In order to accomplish crushing goals, the materials are efficiently ground by the six moving knives and four stationary knives in the cabinet when the lateral has a driving pulley.
