LINGLING EYH animal feed 2d two dimensional motive mixer blender

The drum of this machine is capable of moving in two directions at the same time. Firstly, it rotates on its own axis. Secondly, it moves along with the swinging rack. These two simultaneous movements work together to enhance the mixing effect.

The 2D Blender Machine has three main parts: the drum, the swinging rack, and the frame. Inside the swinging rack is the drum. Four wheels support it and two round blocks keep it in the right axial position. When the rotating power system kicks in, two of the four support rollers get the drum spinning. A set of crankshaft swinging rods drives the swinging rack. These rods are fixed to the frame. The swinging rack sits on the frame with the help of bearing components. This design makes the swinging rack move just right for good mixing.
