LINGLING FL type fluidized granulator machine is a new craft set combining the FLuidized bed technology and spraying technology to make granules in medical industry, foodstuff, chemical industry and so on.
(1) The vertical fluid bed dryer has four main functions: mixing, drying, granulating, and coating. It can directly turn powder materials into granules in just one step. It also dries the materials and can quickly granulate them while they're fluidizing.
(2) It operates under airtight negative pressure. There's little clearance and no dead corners.
(3) By using the fluidized material like a wet sticky substance to make granules, it can save a lot of alcohol. This cuts down the cost and allows for the production of small, sugar-free or low-sugar medical particles.
(4) The final products are easy to fuse and decompose.
