High Efficiency GFG The fluidized bed dryer device is easier to clean and has a wider fluidized range than the conventional horizontal XF fluidized dryer. The material (granules or powder) is placed into the charging hopper of the GFG fluid bed drier. In the meantime, use the filter to capture airborne dust, and the heater to warm the material to the desired temperature. The material is fluidized and dried as the air passes through the Dutch sieve. The steam is forced through the dedust bags by the fan. The upper shaking cylinder will fluidize the superfine powder, which will then be collected by the filter bags and may be shaken back into the container.
