The mixing and granulation procedures are completed in the same granulator container. The powder like material in a fixed conical container is widely mixed and maintained in a semi flowing and rolling state through stirring with a stirring paddle. Once the adhesive is used, the powder like components will eventually become small, moist particles, which change shape as they become wet and begin to scratch on the inner wall of the jar. Under the control of the particle forming paddle, the soft material gradually transforms into fine and moist particles of the same size.
