The GHL Series represents a new kind of machinery used in the pharmaceutical, medicine, food, and chemical industries. It's designed by applying the principle of the one-step granulator. This series can quickly blend and mix dry powder, turning it into even wet powder and then granules. What's more, it complies with the GMP Standard, ensuring high quality and safety for production.

(1) This machine is mainly made up of several parts, including the blending system, cutting system, frame, mixing barrel, and electric control box. The blending system comprises a motor, a bearing pedestal, and cutter knives. Both the transmission shaft of the blending system and that of the cutter system are equipped with airproof devices. These are to stop raw materials from getting into the shafts and to prevent lubricant pollution. (2) The mixing barrel is firmly attached to the frame. It's crafted from SUS304 high-grade stainless steel, which makes it strong, long-lasting, and resistant to rust. Its bottom is columnar and the tip is conical, ensuring there are no dead angles. This allows for even mixing and easy cleaning. On the side of the mixing barrel, there's a pneumatic valve for discharging. The entire valve is connected by a hinge, so it can be easily moved away for thorough inspection and cleaning. (3) Between the mixing barrel and the barrel cover, there's a silicon rubber airproof ring. The extended parts of the two transmission shafts are also sealed to keep contaminants out of the barrel. (4) For safety, when the barrel cover and the discharge exit are open, the blending system and the cutter system cannot be started. This safeguard protects operators from potential hazards.
