The LINGLING cold milling machine represents an advanced cryogenic grinder derivative. It stands out with its compact size, minimizing material loss and energy consumption while ensuring straightforward operation. This innovative mill is a pioneer in China, uniquely integrating high productivity and excellent energy efficiency.
The Lingling cryogenic mill system shines in material crushing. Its cold source forms a closed loop, maximizing energy use and slashing consumption. Temperatures can plunge to -196°C. By tuning to materials’ brittle points, optimal grinding temps are set, cutting energy use. It grinds 10 - 700 mesh, even to micron fineness. With liquid media, it offers ultra-low temp, explosion-proof, and anti-oxidation perks.
The liquid nitrogen cryogenic mill system utilizes liquid nitrogen as its cold source. First, the material to be crushed is cooled down to a low temperature until it attains a brittle state. Subsequently, it enters the mill cavity via the high-speed rotating impeller of the grinder. Inside, the material repeatedly impacts with the blades, tooth plates, and among other particles of the material itself. Through the combined forces of impact, shear, and friction, the crushing process is achieved. Once crushed, the material passes through an airflow screening machine for grading. The portion that doesn't meet the desired fineness is sent back to the silos for further crushing, while a part of the large airflow returns to the recycling bin.
