Structure performance and opreation of V shape mixer

Two cylinders are used to weld the mixer body into a V-shape. The procedure is made easy and rapid by the use of a quick locking device at the intake and a manual butterfly valve at the exit. The main body of the fixed forced mixing shaft is fixed at both ends of the top of the cylinder sleeve and is made from hygienic stainless steel seamless steel pipes. The material experiences a forced flipping action by relative movement with the mixing cylinder, which enhances mixing homogeneity.

Adjust the mixer time to your real needs. Configure the buttons on the panel (H: hour, M: minute, S: second) in accordance with the specifications of the time relay itself.

Before pressing the start button, the maximum diameter of the rotary mixer must be determined without personnel or cargo.

Time has arrived, the mixer will automatically stop.

Confirm that the power supply of the equipment has been disconnected, and then open the discharge port for unloading.

Clean the mixer in a timely manner according to actual production needs.
