Double Cone Mixer machine is used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries more than two kinds of dry powder and particles evenly mixer.
The Double Cone Mixer is easy to operate and ensures uniform mixing. It can be fitted with a vacuum suction device for feeding. Based on user needs, a forced mixing mechanism can be added. It can handle fine powder, clotted materials, mixtures of over two powders, and even some water-containing substances. Trace phases and small amounts of additives can also be well mixed. Made with a stainless steel butterfly valve, it's convenient for loading, unloading, and cleaning. The tube is stainless steel too, with a smooth, clean inner wall and no dead corners, making it easy to keep clean and compliant with GMP for drug production and quality control. Its mixing uniformity coefficient of variation is ≤ 4%.
