The Double Cone Mixer is simple to use and mixes evenly. You can attach a vacuum suction for feeding. If you want, a forced mixing part can be added. It manages fine powder, clotted stuff, mixes of multiple powders, and even wet materials. Tiny amounts of additives and trace phases can be blended well too. It has a stainless steel butterfly valve, handy for loading and unloading, plus easy cleaning. The stainless steel tube has a smooth, spotless inner wall with no dead ends, staying clean and meeting GMP for drug making. Its mixing evenness has a variation coefficient of 4% or less.
