The Fine powder making machine is composed of three indispensable parts. At its core is the main machine, which serves as the powerhouse driving the grinding process, converting raw materials into fine powders. The auxiliary machine plays a supporting yet vital role, ensuring that the entire operation runs without a hitch, maintaining stability and seamless workflow. Complementing these two is the electric control box, acting as the mastermind that precisely governs all the functions, allowing for fine-tuned adjustments. Together, these three components synergize to make the machine outstandingly capable of grinding chemicals down to micron-fine powder, meeting the highest standards of precision and quality in powder production.


1. The LL Fine powder making machine has a sleek design, making installation and maintenance super easy. Its simple build means no hassle during setup or upkeep. 2. It's equipped with high-end motors, electric parts, bearings, and operating elements from world-famous brands, ensuring great performance and long life. 3. In operation, there's no dust floating around. All the dust gets collected straight into the box, keeping the workspace clean. 4. No screen needed. Just adjust the speed to change the particle size, which can be set from 80 to 600 mesh to fit different needs. 5. A handy water-cooling jacket wraps around the mill chamber and bearing, cooling the machine well and keeping it running smoothly for longer.

Material enters the LL Fine powder making machine via screw conveyor where it is sheared and milled by fast-rotating blades. The powder passes the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber. As the classification wheel is in rotation, both air force and centrifugal force act on the powder. As the particles whose diameters are greater than the critical diameter (diameter of the classification particles) have a greater mass,they are thrown back into the mill chamber to be ground again,while the particles whose diameters are smaller than the critical diameter enter cyclone separator and dust-collecting box.
