Leaf Grinding Machine

The Leaf Grinding Machine has three key parts. The main machine does the crucial grinding job. The auxiliary one offers vital support. And the electric control box precisely controls operations. It uses wind selection, no sieves or nets needed. This makes the ground leaves evenly granulated, with high quality and consistent results.

The Food Air Classifier Mill operates without generating any dust, as all of it is collected in the box. 4. The Chemical Air Classifier Mill modifies particle size by tweaking the speed, with a range from 80 to 600 mesh. 5. The pharmaceutical Air Classifier Mill is equipped with a water-cooling jacket for efficient cooling.

Material is transported into the Leaf grinding machine via a screw conveyor. Inside, the swiftly rotating blades start chopping and grinding. As it passes the guide ring, it then enters the classification chamber. The larger particles are flung back for additional grinding, while the smaller ones directly move on to the cyclone separator and dust collection box.
