The green tea powder making machine, which involves grinding, milling, and a grinder mill, consists of three components: the main machine, the auxiliary machine, and the electric control box.

1. It has a simple structure and is easy to install and maintain. 2. It uses advanced world-renowned brand motors, electrical parts, bearings and operating parts. 3. There is no dust generated during production, and the dust can be collected in the dust collecting box. 4. There is no need for a screen. The particle size can be adjusted by changing the speed, ranging from 80 to 600 mesh. 5. There is a water-cooling jacket around the mill chamber and the bearing to cool the machine.

Material is fed into the mill chamber by a screw conveyor. There, it gets sheared and milled by rapidly spinning blades. The powder then moves through the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber. When the classification wheel rotates, both air force and centrifugal force affect the powder. Particles with diameters larger than the critical diameter (the diameter of the classification particles) have more mass and are thus flung back into the mill chamber to be reground. In contrast, particles with diameters smaller than the critical diameter proceed to the cyclone separator and the dust-collecting box.
