The ginger finger grinding mill machine consists of three main parts: the main machine for the core grinding process, the auxiliary machine which supports the overall operation, and the electric control box that manages and regulates the machine's functions.

1. Possessing a simple structure, it is convenient for installation and maintenance. 2. Advanced motors, electrical components, bearings and operating parts of world-famous brands are employed. 3. During the production process, no dust is produced and the dust can be gathered in the dust collecting box. 4. A screen is not required. The particle size can be modified by varying the speed, with a range from 80 to 600 mesh. 5. A water-cooling jacket is arranged around the mill chamber and the bearing to cool down the machine.

Material is transported into the mill chamber through a screw conveyor. Inside the chamber, it undergoes shearing and milling operations due to the fast-rotating blades. Subsequently, the powder travels via the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber. As the classification wheel turns, the powder is subject to both air force and centrifugal force. Particles whose diameters exceed the critical diameter (that of the classification particles) possess greater mass and are consequently thrown back into the mill chamber for further grinding. On the other hand, particles with diameters smaller than the critical diameter make their way to the cyclone separator and the dust-collecting box.
