The Dry sugar salt fine powder grinder air classifier mill machine comprises three main parts. The main machine undertakes the crucial grinding task. The auxiliary machine serves to assist the general operation. And the electric control box is tasked with controlling and regulating the machine's functions.

1. With a simple structure, it is effortless to install and maintain. 2. It utilizes advanced motors, electrical parts, bearings and operating components of world-renowned brands. 3. Zero dust is emitted during production, and the dust can be amassed in the dust collection box. 4. A screen is not essential. The particle size can be regulated by varying the speed, spanning from 80 to 600 mesh. 5. A water-cooling jacket is installed around the mill chamber and the bearing to cool down the machine.

The material enters the grinding chamber via a screw conveyor and is sheared and ground into powder by the fast-rotating blades. The powder then passes through the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber. When the classification wheel rotates, both air force and centrifugal force act on the powder. Particles with diameters larger than the critical diameter (the diameter of the classification particles) are thrown back into the grinding chamber to be ground again due to their greater mass, while particles with diameters smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone separator and the dust-collecting box.
