The ribbon agitating blades, transmission components, and U-shaped barrel are frequently built in two or three layers in WLDH food powder blending machines. In order to create convective mix, the outer screw takes material from the sides and moves it to the center, while the inner screw transfers material from the center to the sides.
This LINGLING WLDH horizontal ribbon blender mixer is made to combine different types of dry powder. It consists of a single horizontal U-shaped mixing tank and two sets of mixing ribbons: the outer ribbons shift the powder from the ends to the center, while the inner ribbons do the opposite.
