The spiral drive is installed on the stirring shaft, covering both the inner and outer diameter of the material in the cylinder. The stirrer can turn the materials within the maximum range inside the cylinder. When the stirring device operates, the inner screw makes the material near the shaft center rotate axially and pushes it away from the discharge port in that direction. Meanwhile, the outer screw drives the material close to the cylinder wall to also rotate axially and pushes it forward towards the discharge port. This way, the materials get mixed thoroughly in a short time.

The WLDH spiral ribbon mixer chiefly consists of a box, a stirring device, a support structure, and a flip part, along with a transmission part. Constructed from stainless steel, this machine is highly durable. The box is fabricated with thick plates, and sealing elements are installed at both ends of the stirring shaft.
